Deadline: April 30, 2016

The Society of Arts and Crafts, the oldest crafts non-profit in the United States, will be relocating to 100 Pier 4 this summer. This new space will be three times as large as the previous building on Newbury Street, and include a multi-purpose room for increased educational and public programs.

Radius, the Society of Arts and Crafts' inaugural exhibition at 100 Pier 4, is a celebration of our new neighborhood's rich craft community. It will feature talented makers across craft media who live or work within one mile of SAC's new location. Applications are now open; click here for complete details. No application fee. Work will need to be available by June; exhibition will open in Fall 2016.

A message from the curator: Please feel free to reach out to me, Luiza deCamargo — exhibitiongallery@societyofcrafts.org / (617) 266-1810 — with any questions. I look forward to getting to know our neighbors and your work. If your organization would like to meet with SAC staff, learn about our mission, or take a tour of the new space (construction permitting), we'd love to show you around and chat.
